My Story
​
As you know, I am a Licensed Dietitian with 3 years of experience. I thrive to follow my dreams and achieve my goals. I decided to have my own clinic to help others stay healthy and have good relationship with food.
Based on my experience, achieving long-term weight loss success, without gaining back the kilograms, that you’ve worked so hard to shed, requires making changes that can be maintained, not just until you reach your target weight, but even for months and years.
So how can you do that?
Start by shifting your thinking from following a weight loss diet to improving your lifestyle permanently.
A healthy lifestyle includes choosing healthy meals, exercising for 30 minutes 5 days per week, and drinking enough water based on your body needs.
Off course you can still enjoy certain meals and snacks! You can still enjoy dinners, gatherings and celebrations! But always watch your portion size.
In short, guiding clients to live a healthy lifestyle instead of following a diet for a short period of time is what distinguishes me.
